What are we sending?

A rider collects the parcel from you and books it in at the depot, so the counter's questions are the ones we ask here.

The depot asks what's inside before it books a parcel, and the rider answers for you — so say it the way you'd say it at the counter.

How big is it?

Size sets our service fee and tells the rider whether it fits on a bike. It doesn't set the transport company's freight charge — they weigh it themselves at the counter.

Before the rider comes

  • Pack and seal it yourself before the rider comes — we collect parcels closed, and nothing gets repacked at the counter.
  • No cash, jewellery, phones, laptops or anything perishable. Depots won't book them, and neither we nor the transport company cover them.
  • Write the receiver's name and number on the parcel too, in case the label and the paperwork part ways.
