Four City Hotel and Lounge sits at 2 Olugbenga Adeyiga Obebe Street, off Ilara Road on the north side of Ilisan-Remo — the corner the town already calls Four City, and close enough to Babcock for family visits, conferences and weekend stays.
The house sells six room tiers — Standard, Classic, Deluxe, Deluxe Extra, Executives and The Presidential — from ₦40,000 to ₦75,000 a night. Every tier sleeps two adults and up to four children, and every one carries the same kit: air conditioning, water heater, fridge and electric kettle, TV and telephone, indoor mini bar and complimentary breakfast.
Food and drink are handled on site by the hotel restaurant and the indoor lounge, and the property runs 24/7 electricity, laundry, room service, an airport shuttle and free parking behind its own security.
